- Clara Napolitano, has resided in Las Vegas for five years. In 2007, Clara moved from Chicago to Las Vegas where she was the General Manager of Calvada Flooring Services, a start-up union flooring company. Prior to Las Vegas she worked in Chicago for 2 of the largest commercial flooring companies. As the Business Manager for these companies, she developed policies and procedures, delivering strong operational results while planning and establishing long-term strategic vision for the company.
Clara has cross-functional experience with expertise in operations and customer relationships. She developed a project management training program which identified areas for efficiency and process improvement . She managed the day-to-day operations of several multi-million dollar flooring subcontractors and held a regional role with a Fortune 500 company focusing on developing and implementing standard operating procedures.
From 2003-2004, Clara served on 3 Six Sigma Task Forces, resulting in documented cost savings to the company.
In 2010, Clara received her OSHA 30 certification and trained over 300 construction employees in obtaining their OSHA 10 certificate.
Clara is also certified by the Associated General Contractors of Las Vegas in Sustainable Building Principles Practice and LEEDS Green Building Assn.
